What areas do we service?

We service all of Columbia, Montour, Luzerne, Northumberland, Snyder, and Union counties, as well as parts of surrounding counties up to 25 miles from Danville, PA. We sometimes make exceptions for established clients, but if you fall outside of our 25-mile range, please contact us or use our booking portal to get a quote.

What are the rates?

*TRAVEL is incorporated up to 25 miles from Danville, PA 17821, with five miles grace. Mileage is calculated based on the fastest driving route according to Google Maps at the time of appointment confirmation. To service locations more than 30 miles from Danville, PA, an Extended Service Area fee is applied based on the total one-way travel distance. This fee accounts for mileage, travel time, and scheduling limitations due to extended travel.

What is our process?

We strive to make every second of your experience as efficient and streamlined as possible. At our professional discretion, we take as many photos as necessary, retouch the best shots, and send you the edits (and any other services rendered) in an online link as quickly as one business day. From this link, you can download all your media, settle any balances, and access the free property website included in every shoot. We highly recommend signing up for your free account to organize and easily access all our projects together!

Are we FAA certified?

Yes! All photographers are individually FAA-certified under the Part 107 sUAS rule and adhere to all Federal Aviation Administration rules and regulations regarding commercial drone operation. Our remote pilots are highly-qualified in aerial flight and camera operation to get the best results for your project, all while adhering to the rules of the sky.

How long does a 3D scan take?

To be safe, we typically allot 30 minutes for every 1500 sqft. This does not include space prep time. Though we do take a walkthrough to make sure everything is in order, we require that the property is in shooting condition upon our arrival.
